The API is documented in docs/xen-api - build it to get ps, pdf version
of doc.

tools/libxen/test/test_bindings.c is example of Xen API c-bindings.

tools/python/xen/xm/XenAPI.py, tools/python/xen/xm/xenapi_create.py, et.
al. provides examples using python.
